The 'Practice' was started in 1987 by Dr David Stuart Hill MSc(Eng), MBA, PhD, DSc(Hon), an architectural-engineering building designer, chartered surveyor and corporate project manager. Dr. Hill is the practice's principal and where he has an in-depth knowledge of a very broad array of construction disciplines. This brings to the practice and its clients unequalled integrated wisdom and advice based upon over 4 decades of hands-on experience. Indeed prior to setting up the practice he has held senior positions within the building industry and even heading up a small construction group. This extensive knowledge has been gained in both design aspects and practical hands-on applications for over a 44-year period. This combination of invaluable site experience together with leading design knowledge has been highly beneficial for our clients over the years. In this respect instead of the client appointing an array of professionals at a very high cost, they simply appoint one professional.
The 'Practice' now offers, where required, a holistic integrated approach from client conceptions to successful completion of a building project and building maintenance thereafter.
