The 'Practice' is a stand-alone or integrative service provider. We are chartered surveyors, structural engineers and architectural designers with over 20 years of hands-on professional and site experience.
If single services are required such as planning permission or a structural calculation for building regulations approval, the client need not go any further for this service as it is the 'bread and butter' work of the practice with hundreds of clients over the years.
This combination of small project services to larger project services has created a practice which can be viewed as a unique standard-bearer for the building industry, for it solves the client's problems from the stand-point of extensive experience in many project types. This diversity of knowledge provides our clients with the best possible service costs for a building project that is built to high standards and at the most economical costs.
The 'Practice' commenced in 1987, but where the owners prior to that had over twenty years of hands-on experience within the building industry. Therefore the client has the benefit of over 4-decades of knowledge within the construction industry at their disposal when using this practice's services.
