Project Management
The 'Practice' offers full project management services using the most advanced and sophisticated systems such as critical path method (CPM).
But, we as a practice are aware that many contractors do not understand these methods. Therefore we have developed 'hybrid' systems where the most basic builder can understand where he should be with his or her works on a certain day throughtout the programme. Indeed, if the contractor does not understand the CPA system, there is no way that this can become an indispensible asset for the client and which it clearly is.
Therefore these hybrid systems devised by this 'Practice', detail on the CPA in text form and in a matrix, clarity that is usually non-existent even on large multi-million pound projects. But, it assures thye client that the project will be built on time.
As two examples, Colne Valley High School (Largest pupil school in Kirklees)and Ben Shaws Limited (a division of Britvic plc) used these hybrid CPA systems.
